In other parts of the world...

Nick Kristof of the New York Times is a journalist I admire. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he recently accompanied International Justice Mission (IJM) on a brothel raid in India and wrote about it in the paper. Check it out. Leave some thoughts. I've heard a wide range of praise and criticism of IJM's so-called "raid and rescue" method and other aspects of IJM's work. As a former IJM volunteer in Africa, I personally have a lot of respect for the organization and their desire to save people, especially women and children, from the inhumanity of evil people.
